Terms & Conditions

With all services we offer, we walk the client through the process of any work that is to be carried out. During this time, we will point any defects or issues we can see arising. On top of this, especially when it comes to paint correction, we will always set out what we believe is achievable within the package they have selected and will set

 

When carrying out the work itself, we will keep the client updated with anything we find. 
Once the work is complete, we walk around the vehicle with the client, showing the work that has been carried out and show the difference in before and after, showcasing the achievement that we set out to accomplish in the first place. 

 

All work carried out is subject to photographs before and after. This is for 2 reasons. To showcase the difference between the start and finish, but also to capture any damage noticed that wasn't us before we go through with the work, and to show the removal of what was agreed prior to starting the service. 

Any issues with any work carried out, we will always be happy to come back and take a look at it. If we deem this to have been our fault (For what ever reason it may be), we will fix the issue or correct any work we have missed or not done to satisfactory standards.

 

We will not however, fix work carried out by anyone else outside of the work we have done (I.E. Taking the car to a local car wash after correction and coating then saying it's now scratched.) All advice and information will be passed to the client on completion of any work, after that, it is the clients responsibility to adhere to this.
 

If you're home address or the location in which you are asking us to conduct the work we feel will be unsafe to work in (Area's such as carparks, very busy street's etc...) we will mention this and will work with you to arrange a new location or to come to us.

Within 24-48 hours of payment through the website, We will be in touch to arrange the date and location for the booking. 

If for worst case scenario we have to cancel the appointment due to Illness or weather, we will be in contact as soon as is possible. We will be more than happy to re-arrange to suit your days or if no longer convenient and the work has already been paid for, a full refund will be honored.

Fuel Charges


Depending on the distance to yourself, a small fuel charge may be required to cover the distance. This will be discussed with the client when arranging the date for the work to be completed. 

Maintenance Scheme

All clients who receive a Deep Clean (Interior, Exterior, Both or Paint Correction), are opened up to our Maintenance scheme. This is our Gold valet, and will be at a reduced rate as the heavy work has already been done. All we ask is that you keep us informed of any changes, or if the work needed may be a little more than the package offers. We will still carry out the work, however we need that extra little bit of time, and if we don't know (Could be pet hair build up, been off roading etc...) it means we could potentially put us behind and late to our next appointments.
